MD PUBLIC SCHOOLS Listings Message: 2-HOUR DELAY      Allegany County Public Schools (Cumberland) Allegany County public schools announces the Mountain Ridge district will be on a two hour delayed opening today, Tuesday, March 14. Any additional delays will be announced by 7 AM this morning. All other Allegany County public schools are operating on a normal schedule today. Bus 67 that services Allegany High School and Cresaptown Elementary School will be out of service for the remainder of the week.
