Rocky Knoll SDA School will mark the beginning of construction for a new state-of-art building in a groundbreaking ceremony on Sunday, Sept. 25th at 2 PM on the property adjoining the Martinsburg Seventh-day Adventist Church located at 2407 Delmar Orchard Road, Martinsburg.
